Aha! You have stumbled across my Zach issue - I ran out of room, his time was up. I think it's easier for Cuddy to leave him this way, and we all know she's not the kind to crumble because somebody hurts her (that's why Finding Judas was so poignant, House upsetting her so much was rare). Also, Cuddy is more fun to write and explore - I swear I could write about this character forever and a day!

Oh, the PMP is something in the hospital House knows about (because he never truly ignores anything) and asks Wilson to refer him to. From my quick research, the actual Princeton Medical Centre runs one and it looks like the sort of thing House should be doing. I haven't looked at it from House's POV yet which is probably why it hasn't stood out. He only started a few days ago in the timeline of this fic. His only reason for joining is the hot masseuse part of the program (but he's lying!)
